Default Cutting holes in body

New to the nitro scene, just trying to get feedback on how many of you cut ventilation holes in your truck bodies, does it make a huge difference in temps?

Default RE: Cutting holes in body

Usually the truck body sits high enough for air to blow across the engine. HPI bodies have you cut out an opening above the engine to help with the heat build up. Cutting holes will shorten the life of the body but if you can't keep your temp down you may have to do it.
