Sorry to hear about your Savage. That sucks big time. If it makes you feel any better, I ran my Savvy Friday before leaving to go camping. I cleaned and packed my truck to take with us camping. Got to the camp site, what a nice place to bash around. I took out my truck to run it and did not have the radio. Needless to say I could not run it. All weekend I was thinking to myself, where did I leave it. I live in MA so most of the weater was wet on/off. I got home and there it was just outside of my driveway, soaked and full of water. All I can say is SH*& happens, and good luck finding your Savvy(It did not deserve such a fate.)

What CookiesSavage really needs is a plausable excuse/reason for getting a new truck to give to wife...
I recommend:
"Honey.. I'm thinking of getting into Long Range Sport Fishing.. (talk about expensive hobby!)
but I'm a bit concerned about the finances this might require..
maybe I should just stick to my RC truck hobby in order to save some money... If I only had a good RC truck"
When I have to convince wifezilla about a new toy.. it ALWAYS helps to have a good reason (or just sound good if you dont think about it too much)

just tell her you are thinking of getting a classic car and restoring it. may i suggest a 65 ford gt 500 mustang? then before she can speak hang your head and say since i lost my savage i just need a hobby to make me sane after a long hard grueling day at work. and honey i had the worst day at work (fill in the blank) gee i sure wish i had my savage.

That stinks! Man i get the chills thinking about that! [:'(][:'(][:'(] This reminds me of my friend's dad... He when in to a gas station and he has a habit of leaving the keys in his truck and have it running. Well he was paying for his cigs([:'(]) and he see a girl walk by it then back again and he heard a the truck to shut and the truck hauling but out of there. 5 days later they found it in a chop shop stripped of everything..[&o] The worst part is his wife was pregnant and she was having a bad day already...[X(]
