RE: OFNA fuel tank mod....
i have the 150cc ofna tank. i know its only 10cc, but i swear i see a noticable differrence in run times. might just be that the engine is now running correctly, so dont have it too lean/rich.

RE: OFNA fuel tank mod....
Just quick update on this slightly aged thread... nearly have finished the throttle servo mod, receiver mod and battery location mod. Need to do some adjustments on the the location of the battery to make it all fit, but hopefully will post some pics soon.

Thanks... Although I can say its been kinda a pain doing this with just ordinary tools, i.e. jigsaw, cordless drill, cordless dremel (ok, this was a real pain in the rear cuz it kept dying too quickly), etc.

Do you know what your run time was before you did the mod? Because it depends on driving style, type of track or bashing area etc. Anyway, if you know it, your new time will be close to:
New run time = Your old run time x 125 / 160
About 22% less run time

Huh? This is a 250oz tank, not a 125oz tank.

Er, actually I meant 250cc or 250 ml... but yeah not 250oz, slight brain fart.

You mean 250 milliliters. A 250oz tank would hold nearly 2 gallons of fuel.

Ah, ok... confusing since you replied to my post instead of his.

My comment was aimed at the original poster who I understand installed a 125cc tank in place of the original 160cc tank.

Well, it lived! For at least 10 minutes. Brakes seem a bit light, need to adjust those. But alas I ran it under the Trailblazer back accident and I broke the fuel tank.
Now I am stuck with my T-Maxx 3.3 for a bash session, bleah.

Well, here are shots of the "finished" product. Now I just gotta hope it'll actually startup and run.
