I just need to know something about the frame rate... DX7 is 22ms... DX7SE is 11ms... someone said something about a software upgrade for the DX7 and then it has also 11ms frame rate... is this true?

ok, next question... how about the aerial angle... I read some discussions that its better to have it at 90 degree than pointing it straight up forward... is this true?

Depends on who you listen to, ideally it shouldn't point right at the model.
That said, I got my 2.6m sail plane as high as I could see it, pointed the antenna directly at it with a data logger and only lost a few frames here and there which is normal for any flight.
The only thing an SE is going to do for you is if you fly helis or very high performance planes, on a system with atleast 6v and insanely fast and accurate servos.
