Very sWEEEET! I was thinking about this airplane, only I'm partial to the ST .51. Not that the OS is wrong, I just like Super Tigre.
I'm anxious to hear a flight report. If it flies half as well as it looks, your in for some good times!

I love the colors - should show up great in the air. Hopefully your putting on flaps. I'm thinking about getting one (if I get some money in that I'm expecting from selling other items), but putting a four sroke (OS .70) instead of a 2 stroke in the front.

Thanks for the comments..
Yes I am using flaps, and i sure hope the colors show nice in the air.
EKIR - Quality of the kit was alright. It wasn't the greatest, but it wasn't BAD either. The woods you get vary. Sheeting, spars, all vary in weight , strength and colour. You kinda have to find matching pieces to maintain balance on the left and right side of the wings. The plastic ABS cowl and wheel pants are nothing to rave about. Again they aren't BAD, they just take a little work to get right. I joined the cowl and covered the seams with fiberglass resin (made for surfboards) Yes living in hawaii has it's advantages It took a few hours but it came out fine. I was advised to reinforce the screw holes so I did that with the fiberglass resin also. As for building. It builds nice. for the most part, the pieces interlock pretty well with a few exceptions. Get some sandpaper ready, alot of sanding is involved. Definitely not a first time kit, but if you've done it before you won't really mind the little extra effort needed. Other issues include sheeting the turtleneck, building the wing mount support on the wing, (the instructions are a little unclear). Other than that it's pretty straight forwards. I tell ya though once all the pieces are together, even uncovered the plane is beautiful. Great planes did an excellent job designing this plane. Going to fly it in a few weeks, will have a flight report and maybe some video.
Good luck guys
thanks again!
