Trouble with speedo

Trouble with speedo
Hi,
I have a Futaba Skysport 4VF-FM, I'm trying to set up my speedo on the heli but it wont setup because it doesnt see the lowest end pt of my throttle, i already put the throttle trim and the throttle to the lowest position possible, is there anyway to get the position lower ?
I know that my speedo is workign fine because when I try to set it up with a Futaba attack 2er, it works fine but for some reason or another its not working with the skysport.
Any help, would be appreciated.
