Default Corona 120 Motor cutout

Help!

Just completed my Corona 120 with a Mega 16/15/3, Phoenix-45
Brushless Motor Control, Hitec HS-81 Servos,Futaba GY-240 gyro
and a Hitec Laser 4 Trans.

I power up and move it up to full power than the motor quits!

Any help will be appreciated!

Here's some pics of the 120.

Mike

I'm really beginner, beginner.

What do you mean by receiver servo end point?

Depending on your radio (I use JR) look at your travel adjustment for throttle. Mine is set at -100% @ 0% & +100% at full. Also check the pitch curve setup. Mine is low or off )0%, center position 60% and High is at 100%. I only have a three point throttle position where as many new radios have 5 or more.

Mike,

I'm using a Hitec Laser 4 trans. I do have the travel
adjustment for the trottle set at off.

I'm wondering if the setting for the motor controller is set too low?

I really don't know much about these things.

Hi,
You need a computer radio for these things

EPA or End Point Adjusment allows you to adjust were you want the servo to stop moving. For example, in a plane, if your servo travels farther than the control serface can move and the servo is binding you can make the servo travel less and not bind. This is all done without adjusting the trim. In your corona, you might have the endpoint of your motor adjusted so it reaches full throttle before you make it to full power on the tansmitter.

To answer your question on the original thread it is most likely that you have your cc 45 programed wrong. Go back to the manuel and reprogram it.

Good Luck
