new LST owner.
Well I recently traded on of my rcs roller for roller with an LST, from what Ive been told(still mid-trade) it has the needed stuff, like aluminum diff cases, rpm arms/gear cover,FOC(KISS theory here) and aluminum hexxes I believe.Anyways I have a few questions.
If I go for the lst2 upgrade kit can I still use the stock axels?Ive got lots of 14mm hex wheel and tire combos that I would like to use to save myself from buying another $400 worth of wheel and tire combos.
Do you guys think the .28 from the MGT would run well with the lsts gearing?
Next comes questions about the chassis plates, what is the best setup? Hard anodized all around? H.A lower/ carbon upper? Im looking to try to drop the weight of the truck down as low as possible without sacrificing reliability.I would think the carbon upper lower anodized would be the best setup as you drop some weight from up high but not down low theoretically lowering you c.o.g
Thanks for your help guys, Im hoping I see what you guys see in these trucks.
