Jason, a quick solution is to buy the Forward Only conversion. It will solve you problem, and it has other benefits, such as removing most of the gears in the tranny, which lowers rolling resistance, and allows for faster acceleration, as well as higher top speeds

The Hi/Low set in a Little groove(it shouldn't be able to pop out) , Are you sure it's Not the Rev Servo Moving letting it slip into what feels like neutral ? You can adjust the EPA for the Auxiliary Channel,So it Holds it in-Gear..... Or it could be the OWB in the 2-speed Slipping?

mine has been doing this too, but i thought it was my one way bearing causing it. i'm going to look it over as i didn't spend much time looking for the culprit.

does it do it from landing off big jumps?the problem is the EPA u need to put more epa on the gear selector servo, its starts to pop into a false neutral if u dont

Give us more input, did you mention the hi-lo selector, probably it goes to neutral as the top selector knob is broken, or same as the other guys said, the reverse goes to neutral?
