hi i posted a formal complaint -the complant was not yet resolvedbut by mistake - i hit the resolved complaint space-thinking i would learn more about the condition of my complainti need to have that reversed -and open the complaint once again as there has been nothing done by the seller or RCU at this point that i can see -like to know if something is in progressREGARDS TONY 0707
