ORDER# 1169272 GOT ORDER AND PUT PLANE TOGETHER TOOK OUT FOR FIRST FLIGHT.
PLANE TOOK OFF GOOD AND THEN IT STARTED TO PLIP AND ROLL ALL BY ITSELF.GOT PLANE DOWN WITH NO DAMAGE.
FOUND THAT THE RADIO IS BAD ITS THE DYNAM NE-KO4. IF YOU SHAKE IT OR MOVE IT FAST OR TOUCH THE TRIM BUTTONS THE SERVOS STSRT TO GO CRAZY.
PLEASE HELP ME,AM A NEW COUSTOMER BUT SO FAR YOUR SERVICE IS NON EXEISTENT.TRIED ALL THE PHONE NUMBERS ECT WITH NO LUCK. I BUY ALOT OF PLANES BUT IF I CANT GET SERVICE ILL GIVE MY MONEY TO ANOTHER COMPANY.THE PLANE IS A EXTRA 330 LOVE IT BUT CANT FLY IT.

I'd recommend you head over to rcdiscuss.com's forums.
At the bottom you'll find a "Nitroplanes.com CRM" area.
Post your problem there. Make sure you start with the order number as part of the subject line of the post. Usually it begins with YSTxxx-NUMBERxxxx.
You can find the order number in the e-mail you received after placing your order.
Eric is very good about taking care of issues such as this.
When you get a replacement radio, range check it, and bang it around a bit with the plane on the ground to double check.
Sometimes newbies don't do full range checks and only discover problems once the plane is in the air and uncontrollable... don't tempt fate as they do.
