Default OS 40 VR-P

I got a used OS 40 VR-P from a friend.Unfortunately I have no real info on this engine and can't find anything on the net.I did run it in a stand the other day with 15% nitro,APC 7.4x7.6 carbon prop and a Macs fuse top header and 7.5cc unmuffled pipe.I gradually cut the header down and on my last cut (unfortunately I ripped the silicone hose) I had 20,400.I don't feel that it's at it's potential yet but maybe I'm wrong.I did get one hit here on RCU but any info would be greatly appreciated.
