i dont get the whole US cars thing, but i do love the new 'Vette, its brilliant!

Cosworth are definately off the boil.. the last Ford i liked was the Focus RS, and they are pretty rare (only made for a year or two).

i'm not a big Cossie fan, but did love the Escort rally cars, the Michelin Pilot one most comes to mind (and Tamiya made it!)

also the Corolla WRC and Celica GT4 are legendary
what about the new focus rs lee ??

just shy of 300 horse at the front wheels, fully re-designed suspension and brakes etc

saw a big chevy 4x4 today, trying to get up a snowy hill, he was sat there spinning all 4's

the worst thing is, we drove past him in a front drive van lol

i find the RCU avatar size (7kb i think) is very limiting, you dont get quality or quantity with that tiny size.
I agree. The limit is 7k, 85x85. I at first took my Savage/DT02 pic and shrunk to 85x85, but it was like 8.5k. Still had to shrink it down, still looked like crap. Didn't have the software (at work) to properly compress or convert it, so it was annoying.

But the pic I have now worked out ok - cropped, shrank it down, it went under 7k luckily, so it was less hassle.

Ha, where did that come from?! Never thought you'd be into one of those..

Have you looked at the Pajero, CR-01, etc. ?! All good stuff that's kind of similar (in some way)...

So last night I hooked up my PS-2 to TV.. (cause I was bored..) I haven't touched the PS-2 in years.. (actually, I never played it.. I bought it and used it as DVD player for awhile.. and pop the games in only when my nephew / neice were visiting..)

Anyway, I put in Tekken TAG and realized that I am very bad at it.. have a hard time doing all the special moves.. so fine, took it out, put in something else.. (it is about driving some junkyard car and shoot others in a junkyard.. something "Metal".. ?! Has a clown in it?) I got destroyed quickly..

I wish games are easier and more fun.. like Wii and the Mario Galaxy.. for that, even I can play and have fun in... [:'(]

Maybe I simply suck at video games.. (probably true..)

I will try the driving game tonight.. (Gran Tourismo A-spec? or something..)

You need training LB. Can't do games without ubermicro.

No idea. The thought has been brewing since someone did a build thread a while ago.

I've thought about the Cheynne, thanks to Lee's build thread. Problem with that is the base kit costs a bit more, I'd have to swap out those orange wheels, etc. The F-150 I like stock, could easily drop in electronics I already have (oh wait, it comes with some anyway), so it would be cheap for me.

I dunno why it appeals, it just does. I guess I like the thought of dropping in a silvercan and running it with my son. He would enjoy the scale look, and it would be a fun "run in the baseball infield dirt" truck w/out insane speeds.

Aw, who am I kidding? I'd get sucked into upgrading bearings at least. Still, I like it. I think I've seen it for around $120 in some places. Not bad!

I also have others on my "want" list, just more expensive. Maybe that's why the F-150 is appealing now.

Of course, I still have a large upgrade "want list" (more offset wheels for Savage, Lipo batteries and balancer, brushless motor for Savage, etc).

Gah!
