I have a question for the group here - if I get this:
http://www.hobbycity.com/hobbycity/s...25C_Car_Lipoly

Will I need an adapter of any kind to use with a Blinky balancer like this?

We've got some slot cars at home, but rarely get the track out. It's a nice big layout, and my 4 year old plays it well, but the 2 year old always wants to play, but steps on things, gets frustrated, etc, so we don't have it out much. It was a gift, so we'll bust it out more when they get a bit older.

Ours runs Nascar style cars, though - not F1.

just think of that as a good winter/in house entertainment...and looks like a good price, even if the manufacturer are not so known...like SCX or others...[8D]

We have 2nd Christmas Day (literal translation) on the 26th.

I remember there was a MASH episode that best explained Boxing Day...

Here it is: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0638236/ (information on episode only [&o])
