I like hot sauce on a lot of things to. The only reason I like ketchup on my grill cheese is because I was at dennys once and the bottle put a ton of ketchup on the grill cheese and ever since I have liked it.

here's a question... if i were to sell my M-04M Alfa, with the Futaba radio and servo, how much should i ask for it? of course i'd expect a loss, even though it's never really been run before.
just trying to make some extra money here. [:@]

I never thought about buying broken rcs and fixing them. You could probably save a ton of money doing that. Sounds like a good idea for the future.

Good idea and Moron usually don't belong in the same sentence....

Well if all goes well today, I will be picking up my car.

The first car I looked at was a 2002 Jaguar X-Type. Seemed like an alright vehicle, but the automatic shifted funny and I found a lot more complaints than praises when I looked online. The dealership also had it on empty, (low fuel light on) and didn't seem interested in putting even a gallon of gas in it so I could drive it more than a minute.
After that I found a 1999 Impreza Outback Sport. On the outside, it was probably the best looking vehicle I looked at,but the inside was a completely different story. In a word, trashed. Almost everything in the interior was broken, cracked, or missing. And then there was the smell... An awful, musty odor that was overpowering even with the windows open. I could have lived with that (and a lot of pine tree fresheners) but the engine kept acting like it was going to stall out. At least it had a new clutch, but the guy was still asking about $1000 more than I would have paid, and wouldn't budge on pricing.
Then I checked out an Audi A4, I think it was a 2000. Decent overall shape, but there were still a lot of little issues. The display on the dash was burnt out so I have no idea what information that would have provided, and if it was important or just cosmetic. It also didn't want to start at first and took several tries. I kept being reminded of my friend Josh's Audi, and the money pit it was.
This was when I found the 1997 Legacy GT. A little rust, a worn driver's seat, and a stuck sunroof aside, it was pretty good. The only real problem was bad front wheel bearings, a common problem and relatively easy to fix. The car still seemed well cared for, and had both original keyless entry fobs, something I've never seen on a 10+ year old vehicle.
I then drove a 2001 Legacy L. I've never seen so much rust on such a recent car, so I wasn't sure what that was all about. It also had a musty odor like the Outback Sport, but about 1/4 as strong. Unfortunately I could also smell coolant, a sure sign that the EJ25 gasket problem was on the horizon or already happening. I had a feeling that this car hadn't been well cared for.
Another Legacy L was next, this time a 2003. It was dark when I got there so I didn't get a good look at it, but even then I couldn't miss the massive dent in the driver's door. Despite that, it was the nicest vehicle I looked at in terms of body and interior condition, but it seemed to be suffering from some transmission problems. Upshifts were hesitant and downshifts were jerky.

Don't know, it says "discontinued" here.. ?!
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXBYM9&P=7
You meant what does it mean by "reverse rotation"?! It just means the motor is designed to spin one way vs. the other... (w/ proper advanced timing) For something like silvercan, it does not matter as it has 0 timing, so it spins both ways equally well..

Did anyone read this?
We are in the final stages of testing our upgraded discussion forums and we are planning on rolling out this upgrade in the next week or two barring any unforeseen issues. The upgrade will likely begin on a Thursday or Friday and continue over to Saturday and Sunday. During this time the site will remain up and running but new registrations will be closed for that 48 to 72 hour period.
The new forums are chock full of long awaited features and some bug fixes. The upgraded forums will sport a streamlined user interface in many areas, easier file and photo uploads, embeddable youtube videos, more use of "AJAX" so fewer page loads and refreshes to accomplish many tasks. Also the long awaited WYSIWYG inline editor for posting is part of this upgrade making it easy to format your posts without using the older BBCODE/PGCODE tags.
