Just grind out the walls to make it fit, that''''s what I did! The compartment is square, it is just rounded off.

The lipos I got were 6000mah w/ a plastic hard shell - for the Savage conversion. I am going to order a lower capacity (physically smaller) and give that a try since my "el cheapo" lipo fits no problem.

RE: THE LOUNGE 2
When ever I order through Stella''s it sits in customs for a couple of weeks and then I have to pay import tax - not their fault, but with rcMart it avoids customs & the fees attached

Anyway, regarding houses... just from my take, I guess... (for those who''s younger or whoever wants to listen, ha!)
Buying a house is not a "bad" decision.. but it is really not what some would make you believe either.. i.e., the American Dream.. own a house, etc.
Buying a house is really a choice of life style.. ("I want to paint my room this color, I want a spacious room, I want a garage, etc." )
IF you are very disciplined with money, you are proably better off renting and invest the money somewhere else.. for example, I am paying around $1,000 for the temporary apartment.. it has 2 bedrooms, has free internet, free A/C, heat, hot water.. no home owner association, no property tax...
With my new house, the property tax itself (not including the mortgage for the house cost, not utilities, home insurance, etc, etc.), it about to cover apartment rental for a year.
So ideally, if you ARE really disciplined.. you should just rent, put the rest of the money in some kind of investment vehicle. (Historically, stock market outperforms real-estate market, right?!)
Unfortunately, I think for most of us, we are not quite that displined.. when we have spare money, we buy more RCs.. (LOL!), we drive fancier car, we buy big screen TV, etc. We don''''t just saved up every cents and invest it...
So?!
So buy a big house and use up all your money then you won''''t have money left to spend on toys..... [:@]

I agree, the problem is I plan on owning 4 cars all at the same time, I am not sure an apartment will be able to house these vehicles (plus I need a place to work on them). before you guys say oh look at this hotshot, all of the cars I am talking about used, mostly fixer uppers.

LB helped me order a bearing set for my mini, so I will most likely be sponsored once I install it.
RE: THE LOUNGE 2
Are they about the same thickness?
I am thinking about getting the AE 5000mAh pack....
How much was the 6,000mAh pack?!

The plastic shell (inside the shrink wrap) actually bulked it up about 3.5mm, so the plan is to get a 5000mah without a shell to try in the F-150. Worse comes to worse, it goes into the TLT

I think it is easier for some of us to understand it because we are older and have that extra income for the inner child

It cost about $110 - but if you sign up for a Free Membership, the price goes down 5% on the first order and then 10% after spending $100, 15% after $500
