I'm about to purchase a stryker and I was wondering about this charger it comes with. Is it recommended to get a charger you can plug in the wall, whats everyones opinion?

I would recommend you get a good charger. One that can handle future needs, like up to 10 cells NiMH, 3Cell li-po's, etc.
Also, one that can recycle batteries (discharges and then recharges the battery). That way you can tell how your batteries are doing. I'm sure your LHS can help you out deciding what to get taking into consideration what you can afford.
Good luck!

watkins,
Welcome to the Styker addiction.
Jmir pretty much covered what you need to consider on a charger. Only one other thing to add.
Don't limit yourself to a wall charger. Get one that's 12 volt set up, use a power pack at home to run it,and the cig liter in your vehicle at the field.
Come on over to the "Way past the Limits" Stryker forum, this one died 9 months ago.
We've pretty much done it when it comes to the Stryker, and we'll be more then happy to help you out.
