Default ALERT: Possible Problem With Art-Tech 9.6 volt, 1000 mA NiMH Batteries

While flying my Wing Dragon 4 the other day I had a major glitch which almost caused a crash. I have narrowed this glitch down to a cold solder joint on the Deans connector on Art-Tech 9.6 volt, 1000 mA NiMH batteries. I have 3 of these batteries and 2 of them had this cold solder joint.

The wire(s) will be loose on the Deans connector and can cause a momentary loss of voltage while flying, and if tugged on will pull away from the connector completely.

Although this momentary loss of voltage did not cause total loss of control of the aircraft, if this wire had pulled away from the connector it surely would have.

Check for this cold solder joint/loose connection on the Deans connector on ALL of your batteries as soon as possible!
