Default Jett .75 3D and scale engine - Debute at Toledo

Jett Engineering wishes to announce the introduction of their newest engine, the BSE .75L

See the new engine for the very first time at the Toledo show. Booth 139, isle E

This engine is packaged in a "40" size case, similar to the current Jett 40-60L and .65 3D engines. It will be available with a choice of either Jett's patented Tubro-Jett in-cowl muffler, or the revolutionary light weight Lite-Jett muffler.

Similar to the 65L, the engine is not designed for maximum power at higher rpm, rather the engine has been designed from the groud up to provide superior power and throttle response throughout the flight envelope, turning larger diameter props a bit slower. The design is also ideal for scale applications where superior power is needed in a limited amount of space.

For 3D applications, the power to weight is unmatched by any engine.

Be sure to stop by the Jett Engineering booth at the 2004 Toledo show. Jett will offer a special introductory price on the .75L, and shall offer discounted prices and discounted shipping deals all weekend long on ALL Jett engines, mufflers, remote needle valves and other products. Keep in mind, Jett will be accepting orders. We will have little/no sale inventory on hand.

For further information, please email [email protected] or [email protected]

See everyone at Toledo !

Bob

Default RE: Jett .75 3D and scale engine - Debute at Toledo

Updated information on the engine

The Jett .76L , including the lite-jett muffler and spinner nut, weighs a mere 470 grams.

For comparison, the OS 46FX shown (see photo) with muffler (and same jett spinner nut) weighs 480 grams.

Testing with various props contiunes. This little engine is a real beast!

Biggest tried to date has been a 14x6, which comfortably turned at 9800 rpm. Idled below 1500 rpm.

13x6 turned nearly 13,000. We expect the best prop for 3D use to be a 14x4

If you will be at Toledo, please stop bye. The 76L and all of our Jett engines will be on display. Special show order discounts are available.
