Simply awesome.
(xtc006 don't work though - climbing inverted flatspin)
Amazing flying, and quite impressed on the harriers. (no wing rock)
Great work guys!

Some More Movies
I did some changes to my Ecstasy yesterday. I replaced the rudder servo (MPI870) with a HiTec 615MG. The MPI was not holding the rudder well enough to do a knife edge loop (can't have that! ) I also installed a 'pinch block' with 80 grit sand paper pads on each side of the fuse to hand launch it with. I have added two movies. One is of me, not the pilot like Jeff, but...., anyways I am hand launching the Ecstasy, and the other is a knife edge loop. By the way, my son is still in training on the movie camera (as you'll tell).
Enjoy and Happy Flying!

I got 6 flights on mine this weekend and all I can say is "I LOVE THIS PLANE" I am a mediocre 3d pilot but I was able to preform almost perfect knife edge elevators as well as loops, great non falling flat spins and inverted flat spins, blender, wall, even an OK rolling circle. There is nothing this plane wont do and it has virtually no coupling which makes the last 1/4 of a knife edge loop much easier to do than any other plane I have flown. wing loading is incredibly low, I was doing low pass high alpha knife edge at a snails pace on my 4th flight. You need to get the word out on this plane Kevin. People would go crazy for it.

Getting the Word Out
Tom, testimonies just like yours is the best way I know of to "Get the Word Out". All the advertising money in the world can not come close in impact to your potential customer base like a customer testimony like yours. It is a great flying aircraft, though potential customers will not believe me, but they will a customer. Needless to say, I am very glad to hear of your satisfaction and delight.
You had mentioned that you tried the Zinger Pro 15x6 on your OS91FX and didn't like it. What are you running now? Have you put a pipe on that OS yet? And did you weigh yours yet?
Kevin
By the way, I am going to copy your statement and post in the customer testimony section, if you don't mind. - THANKS!

I have been richening up the low end big time on my 91fx and am currently trying a MA wood scimitar that spins up nicely. strangely the motor ran great on a slimline pitts on another plane but with the stock muffler I have had to richen the low needle 3/4 of a turn. I have a 14-6 zinger pro I am going to try next. Power is good now, the throtle curve is just different, the first 1/3 doesnt do much then it kicks in in a big way for the next 1/3. I may put the 15-6 zinger pro back on again once I have it transitioning a tad better

Transitioning
I had problems with the transitioning of my ST90 until I installed the Mac Header & tune pipe, and got it tuned right. I believe that my ST90 is finally starting to breakin. I was running the APC 15x4W and love the pulling power of it, though spin-up is quite slow (as perusual). I am now running a severly modified Zinger 16x5, cut down to 15" dia., swept back 1" on the tips, radiused, then the blades thinned at the ends. Its allot of work, though seems to be the best so far in spin up, but still doesn't have the pull of the APC. I leaned out the low end some more after Jeff Williams left. We suspected that it was fat when he was here, though I was afraid that the weather was effecting its performance. I leaned out the low end this past weekend, and the ST90 really came to life!
I have the LHS checking into some Zinger Pros for me to try. Does Zinger have a website? Distributors do not always list all, just what sells.

Thanks!
Thanks for the link - Tom. I see that Zinger does not offer a 15x4 nor 15x5 in the Zinger Pro. I am currently using a modified Zinger 16x5 on my XTC and is working great. I need to send some APC 15x4Ws to Andrew in Canada and have hime cut out some blanks for me in maple and try them.

Kevin,
I noticed that "Alpha Knife Edge (2.2 meg) MPEG2" is missing the link to download the movie, (not sure if this was something someone else pointed out).
Very cool movies. Something that would be cool, (and attract attention to your site), would be to show a maneuver and tell the stick movements made. You could talk or better would be to overlay with text.
I know I still need work to get that inverted flat spin right, (Alpha Knife Edge (2.2 meg) MPEG2). Or maybe I'm not flying the correct plane .
Ken

Thanks Tipstall!
I did see that I missed that link yesterday and meant to fix it last night. I was busy in updating my website with Tom Small's testimony off of RCU and posting some customer pics of the PBXLs. I meant to fix that missing link, but forgot. I will try and remember tonight.
In regards to your suggestion on adding the stick movements for the manuvers, etc. I think that it is a GREAT suggestion, except that would take a great deal of time, it is too difficult to address how each aircraft will react to different inputs, etc. needless to say, and my time is limited. I am curently working on a personal project of designing an Ecstasy Extreme for me. So far it is an 84 in. wing span. The ailerons are an intregal part of the foil. The tail section will be a full flying tail with an elongated tail moment. It is designed for gas. I am not intending to kit it at this time. It is a toy for me. I may offer laser packs, though am not going to stock them as I do with my other kits due to the associated cost anticipated.
If you can't perform these manuvers, maybe you are flying the wrong aircraft <LOL>. As Tom Small states here in this thread, the Ecstasy does perform these manuvers with ease and with 'forgivness'. I only have 2 Ecstasys left in stock. Since I am having problems with sub-supplier items, once these 2 are gone, I do not know when they will be available again. I am working on resolving these issues, though I am not having allot of luck right now, though haven't given up. Needless to say, I will support my customer base, as I always have.

I was wondering where you can get this plane at the best price. Is is availible in ARF?
Kevin,
I have heard that in around where you live they have great prices on fuel. What are the prices? If it a really good deal I might have to make a run over there when I am in Greenville during christmas.

The Ecstasy is an exclusive design of HSRCM, Inc. (Me). HSRCM, Inc. is essentially a family business. HSRCM, Inc. is the only place where you can purchase the Ecstasy. We do not offer an ARFs in any of our aircraft (investment too high for a family business, 500 min. order qty. per model).
Fuel prices? I don't know if they are any cheaper where I live, but I am purchasing 1 gal. of Cool Power 10% nitro at about $12 with tax at the Hobby Connection in Easley, SC. Heli fuel, Cool Power 30% is about $21/gal. If you decide to tavel to Easley for fuel, I would suggest that you call David at the Hobby Connection first to set aside a case for you (4 gals/case) ahead of time to ensure that he has it for you when you arrive. You can call him at (864) 295-1295, and be sure to tell him that I sent you.
Best price of the Ecstasy? You can purchase it off of our website at: http://www.hsrcm.com If you come to Easley, SC I can cut out the shipping cost at this incorporated into the web price. You can send me an email direct at [email protected] for details if you would like.
I've had several companies offer to distribute the Ecstasy kit, though there is not enough profit margin in it to offer a dealer discount.
Hope that this answers your questions. Let me know if I can be of any further assistance.
Take Care and Happy Flying!

Jeff - Where's those Pics?
Jeff Williams - where are those pics of your Ecstasy? Jeff was doing a 'break-out' scheme on his Ecstasy that I wanted him to share.
Also Jeff - have you checked-out the 'break-out' scheme that Paul Swany has done on his Aeron Fuse? I can't wait to see what he does on the wing!

Looks good - Jeff. Looks like all you have to do is fit it out! Looks like you should be testing flying her in the next couple of weeks (weather permitting - of course).
