Default Help Me!

What size engine does a boat that is 5.5 feet long, 14 inches wide and 10 inches deep need? Electric or Gas? Would an R/C electric car engine work?

A weedeater engine will work just fine if your not looking for a ton of speed, and would probably be the cheapest route. Go with a Homelight weedeater if you do because there are lots of hop up parts avalible for it. There are quite a few NEW hulls on E-Bay for $100 to $200 dollars that are in your size requirements. It would be alot easier to just buy one, and is usualy cheaper that building your own. Trust me I have tried. It's nice building your own because you can spend alittle at a time, but it all adds up in the long run.
