Default NEED SPARE PART FOR AN RC TRANSMITTER

Hello, I snapped a part on my exceed rc transmitter for the 1/10 monster rally pro. Its a small plastic piece that slides on a rod that catches the spring when you turn left and right. Does anyone know how I would go about getting a new piece? I emailed nitrorcx but I'm waiting for a response. I just thought I'd try everything in order to get the quickest fix. Hope someone can help!

Thanks, Nate

This is a case in which the "a picture tells more than a thousand words"-phrase kicks in But after reading through your post for the third time, is it the pice that the spring is attached to which centers the steering wheel?

Yep. There is a small plastic piece that catches the spring to center the wheel. Since it's not catching it's not bouncing back to center when I turn right. I tried to upload pics but every time I do it freezes. Not sure whats up with that. I tried gorilla glue and mighty puddy lol. Neither worked.

Ok I got the pics to work. The first one is the rod that the plastic piece slides onto to catch the spring. Second pic is kind of blurry but the plastic piece I need is the piece with the mighty puddy. Hopefully this helps!

Have you tried any kind of superglue? I guess it will permanently fix your problem as you still got the -apparently- whole and complete part that is broken. The glue will "melt" the plastic a bit to get an extra good bond, which the putty and the glue not have.

Yeah the gorilla glue is like the strongest super glue they make. I let it stand for 24 hours still broke. just sucks because thats the only thing wrong with the transmitter.
