Charging RX Batteries
Hi Guys, quick question for you. I'm still running the standard AA battery box with 4 X 2000mah Nimh cells in it but i want to go for a proper 6V hump back pack. Will a 1200mah pack be as good or do i need an higher one and do i need to buy a mains slow charger. I have a 12v fed field charger that someone gave me which would quick charge it but does this screw the pack if always quick charged???
Cheers

RE: Charging RX Batteries
1200 mah battery will be plenty of runtime, mine is a 1000 mah, and you can get about 3-4 hours out of it, and a slow charger may be better, the quick charger will probably make the battery not last as long.

I run a venom 1100 mah pack for hours at a time... I have 2 volt meters on my truck and the packs work great even with the hi-torq servo's... Just slow charge them....

RE: Charging RX Batteries
Cheers guys, looks like i'll have to get the trickle charger as well. I think my servos are a little slow due to only having 4.8v from the 4 Nimhs. I'll start searching the web see what i can find then, LHS wants a fortune for battery and charger.
