Default Very Bad Day for the Revo!

This is what happened to me today, I got about 5 tank's through it today, beautiful weather, thing's are going great, then half way through the 6th tank, I was making a high speed pass and all I herd was a grinding noise, a loud pop and it stopped dead in it's track, I pulled the engine of took it apart and this is what I found!

Yeah, they sleeve has a couple of groove's in it, I think I am going to send it back to Traxxas, they will send me a new one, it's still under warranty.

I am sure Traxxas will handle their biz and keep you happy. I usually defer to operator error on big problems, but that is obviously a manufacturing/tolerance problem.

The bad new's is that it damaged more then what I thought it did, the good new's is that Traxxas is going to send me a new engine!
