Default orignal rc10 truggy conversion

hey all just got done converting my orignal rc10 buggy into a truggy id like to get some feed back on how the wing looks on it havent installed yet and i reall cant decide if it looks good
please let me know if i should use it

here is the parts list for the truggy conversion
everything marked with(only for full truck conv) is not used in the truggy conversion

#7305 front kick plate (only for full truck conv)
#6122 body *
#6206 wide track ft a-arms(only for truggy conv) *
#7323 rear body mounts *
#7354 rear a-arms (needs#6381 hinge pins) *
#7361 dogbone (2) *
#7353 rear shock strut *
#7214or7215 ft shock strut (only for full truck conv)
#7318and7319 ft body mount (only for full truck conv)
#7206 front a-arms(need inner hinge pin#7209) (only for full truck conv)
#7207 ft bulk (only for full truck conv)
pluss i used sportwerks raven rear shocks (witch are cheaper and nicer than the assoitaed ones 19$ for them ass ones are 30$) *

IMO the wing just does'nt look right on that body, NICE TRUCK THOUGH!

I dont know if its just me, I said no becuase that wing looks HUGE on that body, if you need that much downforce get a venom body.

dont need the downforce its just for looks! if not that one ,anyone have any links for some good wings(i dont like the lexan ones their to cheap looking and crack really easy)

a truggy is a 1/8 buggy based monster truck.

a truggy is any buggy based truck

and it started out as this



i put a * next to all parts used ^ otherwise it would just be a rc10t

thanks man just got back inside from the vergin run of the truggy its awsome the thing steers like its on rails and takes the grass as good as my evader a great conversion if i do say so myself

just won this off ebay last night its destined to go in the truggy

id say the old tekin is still good it can use 14v and no motor limit at 7.2v

Disco, Losi still carries parts for 'em.

oh, geez, I just looked at your pics of the "truggy"

and I just realized that you sorta had the idea I had a while back about combining my B2 and my GT, and building an RC10GB2:P

yea thats the next thing im buying for my rc10 buggy but at my track i cant race brushless at least not in 10th scale but thats what this is for[sm=RAINFRO.gif]

Cant give you an exact date but i've been following it for quite some time, if it sets an impact like the 1/18 mamba, it will definately give novak a run for their money, and its supposedly going to cost less, AND WILL WORK WITH THE CASTLE LINK!!!
