How do you remove stripped hex screws?!

I stripped one on the bottom of my chassis!

It's totally round inside, how do I remove it?

If it is not a flush screw head, you can try filing a groove in the head with a small file and then use a flat-tip screwdriver. A Dremel with a cutting wheel will also do the job.

OK, I was thinking about using an ark welder.

IF it is not countersunk try the method stated above. If it is a countersunk screw or the above doesn't work, you will need to use a screw extractor. YOu will have to dill the head slightly then use the extractor to get it out. They are sold at all hardware stores. Read the directions on it carefully.
Edit. Before trying this ^^ put some ca or super glue in the stripped screw and insert the driver. Let it dry then twist it out. If not try the method stated above.

easiest thing to do is get a dremel, use a cutting disc, cut a SLOT into the screw head just big enough to get a regular screwdriver in it. now take a soldering iron, and HEAT THE BOLT nice and warm, and then put the slotted screwdriver to it. you should be ok ready to go afterwards.
