It should as long as you don't plan on charging at more than 4 to 5 amps.
I like to have apower suply that has an amp rating of at least 2 amps more than my highest charge rate.
So if you want to charge at 3 amps, the power supply should be able to put out a minumum of 5 amps. But then again, I use a 45 amp power supply and run 2 Turbo 35 chargers. I know it is a bit of over kill but it works with less heat that way.
I recamend get the biggest, highest amp, power supply you can afford. Having too much is better than not enough. Not enough could damage your chargers.

Also, look at the AC/DC chargers, many of them aren't any more expensive than you're already willing to spend - and simply plug into the wall. Obviously, if you need a power supply for other purposes as well this wont work, just a suggestion.

i believe that is what i am going to do im just trying to get back into the hobbie after a long time of being out not trying to spend to much money at first i dont need the best stuff out there but i dont want to mess what i do get up because i was not sure about it thanks again.

Before you order you might want to check out Hobbycity as well. They have a similar charger to the one you are looking at, and just about the best Li-Po prices for very decent packs.
