yes the type E will come with ball bearings, also the type Dwill come with ball bearings

its only the std tt-01 that comes with bushes that you need to upgrade to bearings. you can get bearings probably at your LHs or towerhobbies

So it comes with metal ball bearing and I dont need tobuyball bearings anymore.

It comes with bearings but eventually like everything else it will get worn so you will have to replace bearings in the future
