Does anyone drift a XXX-S?

Default Does anyone drift a XXX-S?

I was wondering becuase i hear everyone with TC3 drifter but never heard anyone drift a XXX-S. Is it any different?

I won the Yokomo/Super Street Drift Expo with a XXX-S, it's a great platform.

I just bought a xxx-s and it came with a 5800 brushless and I just made all my sets of tires I used PVC. I have to wait for my battery charger to come in. I cant wait. But while I am talking, am I going to have problems drifting with a 5800 brushless

I'm using a 5800 also. When I switched to it from a Monster Stock Pro, the extra power for drifting was a little wierd. You may find it helpful to lower your throtle endpoints if you run a computer Tx. Or program the ESC to stock mode. The 5800 has way to much usable power for drifting so you don't need it all.
