I used a band saw for mine, but a big pipe cutter would work well too.

i used a table saw for mine. for some reason my band saw wouldnt vut them straight. i guess the tension on the blade wasnt set enough but i didnt bother to fiddle with it lol. an easy thing to do is even if you cut em messy, just cut em anout 2mm to wide then sand them to the right size removing any screw ups

The only way to cut them dead square and clean is parting off in a lathe

I use a Mitre Saw then use Sand paper to rub the Inside smooth but a Lathe will offer You a Superior finish and the Ability to lip the Tyres if you so Desire..

Unforunately it doesn't. There might be a spare blade that you can use that'll round the edges.

A pipe cutter will round the edges on tubing like that if you try to tighten it to tight to quickly man. It's not supposted to do that though.

How exactly do you plan to guide a Dremel straight around a peice of pipe?

Harbor freight has a Racheting Tubing cutter that im gonna go check out. Think it'd be possible with a Miter box / Saw? [for wood, to cut 45* angle's, ect..?]

I just got mine today.. Went into Home Depot and borrowed one of their pipe cutters and cut some out. I won't be gluing them on until later today though. I will have pictures up after the end result.
