to me it looks like a 1/10 scale hpi baja.
might make a decent basher buggy as it looks way overbuilt.
looks like a copy of associateds slipper clutch too.
interesting.</p>

hmmm, I don't see anything cutting edge there, that's for sure.
Ladder chassis designs are so 80's, but you might consider a mullet next time you go for a haircut.

I was kinda thinking a scaled down 5b also. Also has akinda tamiya scale look.
I mean how many diffrent ways can you build a 2wd buggy, they all look like a copy of something lol

I never said that this chassis is going to win the worlds.

But ya agree how many ways can you make ANYTHING before it looks like a copy of each other. Hell look at all the 4wd 1/8 buggies they all pretty much look alike now with very minute differences. Same with most other things.
IMO it looks pretty decent I actually prefer the way style of buggy looks over the aerodynamic speed demons we currently call a buggy.

I merely suggested whatI thoughtit looked like.
My understanding was for something to be cool it'd need to be cutting edge, new, different - not rehashed.
I used to think that chicks in jackets andblouseswith shoulder pads, and sunglasses at night, looked cool 25 years ago.
LOL
If you want vintage, buy vintage. It's all over eBay.There's a whole segment of this hobby that's into vintage RC stuff.

RE: Arrma RC
To me, it does look cool. Sure it may not be cutting edge, but it's built like a tank and that means with an overpowered brushless setup I could go bashing without worrying so much about damaging anything. Perhaps a few choice parts and I could change it to a 2wd stadium truck, too. Hmmm... Now I just wonder what the price is.

The website lists the Mojave desert truck but no pics oranything. Im hoping it isbuilt on theladder style chassis.

That ESC looks just like the HPI SC-15. They look pretty cool, I agree after so many times you're going to have to reiterate on some preexisting Ideas, but those look like they could be pretty darn fun, if the price point and replacement/hopup parts are good.

Everyone and there brother uses that $15.00 dollar esc including HPI,Exceed,Redcat etc. Not very smooth or many features but better than alot of RTR esc out there.

RE: Arrma RC
They look like a good basher platform. Im very interested but would be nice to see/hear something from them being how they was supposed to come out in Decemeber.
