Default Question for the buggy guys

When I was looking to buy my 2nd RC car and wanting a 4wd, I looked at a good number of them. I almost bought a buggy (I was seriously considering the Duratrax 835E) but in looking at all of the buggies, which I think are all very cool looking, I couldn't help noticing how the front shock tower is just right out there! Shocks too. It looks awfully unprotected. When someone suggested I take a look at the Ofna Hyper TT (a truggy) it was like "That's IT!" I bought it. Why? Because with a truggy, it at least has a body shell that helps protect the front shocks and shock tower from catching on anything and being damaged in a crash. Which brings me to my question for the buggy guys: Don't buggies tend to have more front end damage because of this? Just wondering.

Default

depends on where you drive it,and it usually jumps or ramps over something if you hit it at speed by accident, but then ive broke a couple of bulkheads and shocktowers over the years through been wreckless too.
