hpi flux xs drive issue

I have hpi flux xs an just replaced front an rear diffs an for some reason the front wheels spin faster than the rear any ideas plz help

When you took the diffs out for service, did you check the bearings? (on the diff and/or on the wheels) Bearings need maintenance too.

Yea I checked that.. it almost acts like the transfer case but Idk anymore ideas would be great
