I just went out in the snow (1/4 of an inch) and my pede did fine. You just have to be carefull and cover/waterproof some stuff. A cheap 4wd st would be the rs4 mt. They stoped making it but you can get some off ebay. You could also get a 4wd rusty or pede. (custom) Best of luck!

...emaxx's tend to sink into the snow. ST's kinda ride the snow. Yes the emaxx is easy a pie to waterproof, but they are heavy.

Emaxx's are cool, but there heavy. If I were to get a snow basher it would be a stampede with a waterproof esc. If you are dead set on 4wd then I would get a 4wd stampede. The reason im saying this is because stampede's are light, cheap and easy to find parts for. Its pretty easy to build a 4wd stampede. And you will be one of the few and the proud. Its going to be about 200-250$ when its all said in done... Yes you could have an emaxx but. . . ![Big Grin](https://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
