Not anywhere, but there are a lot of online shops that sell it by the sheet. You can also buy the carbon weave fabric and lay the epoxy with it in your own shape.

Tower hobbies sells small sheets of it for like 50 bucks (each one is big enough to make one chasis), they call it graphite but im rpetty shure its all the same thing.

I've been dealing with these folks for years for my glider wing lay up materials. They carry all sorts of premade composite sheets as well as the raw materials

If you plan to get a sheet and cut a chassis or something, PLEASE be sure to wear a mask and do it in a ventilated area (like in the garage with the door open. CF makes a huge cloud of black soot that is not good for your lungs at all. It's also a pain in the rear to clean up! It's pretty easy stuff to work with, though, compared to some of the other popular materials available.
