Once all the cylinder head screws are out, try taking a heat gun to it for awhile, then it should pop loose!

put some penetrating oil on the screws and let it sit for a few minutes. You can also try heating the screws while you back them out.

got a dremel with a cut-off wheel? cut a slot across the screw head, then back it out with a screwdriver.

If all else fails, you can stop by the hardware store and get a small back'out bit. You drill a small pilot hole through the center of the screw, then run the bit with your drill in reverse into the hole. It's threaded, and will lock into the screw and use your drill's torque to unscrew it.

Just so he knows what hes looking for at the hardware store. Its called an ez-out(or easy out). They would probly know what you were talking about if you said back-out bit, but this way you know they know what you know you are talking about(little dodgeball humor )

better yet, try tightening the screws a little more first to loosen the bolts. Then try backing it out. Or, you can get a metal hex driver, and tap on the handle to vibrate the screw loose. Works similar to an impact wrench!
