Default Toe in/out

I was always under the impression that toe out is not favorable compared with toe-in, but the stock Rising Storm setup results in considerable toe-out. It is easily changed, but I'm not sure if I should change it? What would be the result? (And, off the topic of this post, WHY is it raining just after I finish putting the buggy together? ARGH!)

Toe out is pretty much never desirable so I'd say go with maybe just a slight amount of toe in...
