Heck yea it is!Your going to love it.Looking at the pics I would say get some better batts and mayby some new tires if your going to race.Dial in the suspension and get a nice motor and your off....As a side note make sure when you upgrade you batts to sxs packs to take some elevtrical tape and line the inner walls of the battery tray to prevent shorting.

Or, you could just do it correctly and buy the EXTREMELY durable tape that Losi makes for the battery tray. Electrical tape does the same job, but it doesn't survive more than a few battery changes.
