Default Which Shocks To Upgrade on my Evader EXT?

Broke the thingie that connects to the front left a-arm.
While I'm replacing one shock, might as well upgrade them all, and get some real weight oil, etc.

I do some onroad, along with off-road, and jumping.
I want a good all around shock oil, spring, etc. That I can use.
(Probably gonna be REALLY hard right?)
Links, would be appreciated!

I upgraded my Ext to Evader st aluminum shocks and I love them. They can take all the abuse in the world.

Any linkies?
Including shock oil?
My LHS doesn't exactly have a "good" car section. They only carry cars. No parts =/
