Default 12t 550 on 6 cell or e-maxx motor on 14.4

I am trying to figure out which motor would give more power, this is for my e jato i'm building.

These are my two options

ONE:a single ib4200 6 cell running a 550 titan 12t motor 7.2v

TWO: two ib4200 6 cell (12 cell total) running an e-maxx motor(23t i think, the one on the new e maxx)14.4v

So will the extra voltage power the e maxx motor fast enough?would the extra weight be to much?
Or would the 12t on 6 cells be stronger and faster?
What is the max rpm for the emaxx motor at 16.4v
What is the max rpm for the titan 12t at 7.2v?

I though the E-Maxx had the Titan in it? Or is it the Singer?

Both set-ups will make similar power. The single battery set-up will be faster because of the decreased weight.
