wojtec,

You plan on coming to the Hamburg jet rally next month. If you are bring what you have and I'll look you up and buy some off you.

be careful where you buy it. Some of the older cans have bad seals. They have expiration dates on them.

I found out the hard way.

A friend of mine started using an alternate can of coleman fuel it is a propane/butane mix and the can is about 5" diamater and 3" tall. I think they are repackaging it in a different can.

You mean this stuff?
Works fine, no clunk so if you want to fill an on board tank, hold it upside down.

i went to 100% propane (green bottle) many moons ago but still have 3 full powermax cans with April 2006 printed on bottom of the can, is this date the expiration date or MFG date?

There are several listings for Powermax on Ebay right now. Just do a search for "Coleman Powermax" and you'll find them.

Pete,

Which listing are you referring to? There are four different Ebay listings from various sellers, and I can't find a date mentioned in any of the ads. I don't think this stuff goes bad over time. I believe the date stamped on the bottom of the can is the manufacturing date.

Joe
