Jet Guy's, where do you live?
Hey heres a pole for the region that has the most R/C jet action. Feel free to say whatever you want.
I know that there is not very much jet activity in Minnesota, except for famous builder Joe grice who lives in my small town of 16,000. How about other places?

You are so lucky!!!! I love northfield, although I'm a western canadian boy, I have been through northfield more than a couple times, probably going to be there again in a month or so, that town always smells like chocolate! Where do you fly jets in Northfield, I wouldn't mind stopping by the field when I am there again
Oh, I do know there is some Jet activity in Owatonna, I spent 3 months there last year, there was some ducted fan stuff and Tim J had a Kangaroo, don't know how much he's flown it though.

wow, that reply was fast,
Actually, the town smells like cereal, at least it's supposed to because of Malt-o-meal. I actually fly at the Rice County r/c flyers club in Cannon city, not cannon falls, which is just south of northfield about 15 minutes. The field is hardly suitable for jets. Dont get me wrong though, it's a very nice field but it's 550' long with power lines at the beginning. They also have it in an east west fachion so there is always a cross wind. It's grass too. The Owtonna field i've heard has split up and become sumwhat confusing. I dont know where either fields are, or any of the people from them, but maybe i will head out there next summer.
