Need Skymaster F5 CG and throws

Ok, I did now find the instructions but could somebody confirm a few things for me.
CG, 90 - 110mm back from where the wing meets the fuse strake. Where is the best balance point?
Elevator throw: 45 - 55mm they say each up and down, is this correct? It seems like a huge amount? That is roughly 2" throw each direction.
Ailerons: 20 - 25mm each way. That sounds about right, but thought I'd check.
flaps: 20 - 25mm for take off and only 30mm for landing? They also so with landing flaps 5 - 10mm of UP elevator? Is that correct? Every other jet I have takes some down elevator for landing flaps.
