Cool. People always ask what’s a good scale jet to move onto after a trainer jet so this could be a great option

That looks very much like the HSD MB-339 in a different colour scheme (which I’m not convinced is scale).

The model does look good though.

Definitely not HSD, much better looking and complete. Larry will have specs and pictures at his site soon. You Can check Boomerang Rc Jets Facebook page for more pictures.

How more complete?

In the Boomerang unboxing video theirs comes with everything that the HSD comes with (although I didn’t see any mention of lights in the Boomerang video but I didn’t watch all of it).

The packing and the details on the model are identical to the HSD MB-339 and Boomerang is a Swiwin turbine dealer.

More specs will confirm one way or the other. It doesn’t really matter as long as it’s a good model and the price is comparable.

Looks great. So is this a new boomerang scale pnp line being started up?

Here is a picture that claims to be the HSD MB-339. Now that the specs are up on the Boomerang website it can be seen that it is exactly the same size and the colour scheme is fairly unique (i.e. wrong!). It is definitely the exact same size as that advertised by HSD. The price is fairly similar and the construction looks almost identical (have a close look at things like the flap/aileron servo covers and horns).

Even if the Boomerang model is not HSD branded then I would be amazed if it didn't come from the same factory.

p.s. if (and I stress if) this picture is, as it claims on the website where I found it, the HSD model then it is somewhat strange that you will also see the exact same water bottle in the same office in the pictures on the Boomerang website.
