Default Pilot RC Retract Controller

I have a new Pilot Viper 2.2M that I am putting together. I haven't been able to get the retracts to work with the radio. They will work with the manual button on the controller. I've checked voltage and tested with servo on radio output which checked good. Any other things to check or ways to test??

Do you have the box powered by a separate battery source?

Other than that I can't think of a reason it wouldn't work.

Yes I have a Lipo 2s 2200 mah battery to power the retracts.

I mean the only other thing besides a bad control box is incorrect polarity or you missed a pin on the servo extension from the receiver to the control box.

I've seen a several gear motors go bad on those, but I've yet to see a bad control box.

Do you have at least 80/80 end points set? Servo extension bad? I'm sure you've tried the obvious stuff but just throwing ideas out there.

I guess a get a DUH for the battery question, it wouldn't work with the manual button if you don't have a 2s plugged in.......

I've checked continuity on the lead for rx to control box. I removed the circuit board from the box to be sure the lead was on the pins. I connected a y harness to the control with one lead to the rx and the other to a servo and the servo work OK. End points are 100/100 and also tried 150/150.

OK Thanks. Looks like I'll have to get a new box.

I still haven't been able to get this retract controller to work from the radio. Works with test button. The brake works from the radio. Not the doors or retract. I got another control box and it does the same thing. If anyone has any suggestions I would like to know them.
