regal eagle, total weight?

ok for you guys who have had or have a regal eagle, what should it weigh? i have one ready to fly but it feels heavy, not sure on its weight yet, have to get scale .

I've had several that weighed 12.5 - 13.00 pounds. The one I currently fly weighs just under 12 pounds.
