Hello all need help
My kangaroo airbrake has some flexing going on.
THe flap itself not the rod thats connected to the servo.
When i press the flap simulating air hitting the brake it moves about a good 15-20 degrees with very little resistance
Waht can be done to stop that extra play ?
thank for your help

then slide a small carbon tube over the rod with glue inside (you can use a carbon heli tail rotor pushrod for this .. ) , or you can add another rod and tie it with wire, and then sodder it, or to be really crude, double it with a piece of wood dowel, tie it with strin and set with CA ..

Bahamadude,
I had the same issue. I was able to remove the extra play when the brake is fully deployed by taking the air brake servo and mounting it horizontial on the floor of the fuselage. When mounted inverted in the servo tray I had the same problem.
