I know what you mean about the fiberglass, I was looking on ebay about a 300 yd roll of 6oz cloth for $500. I think they said it weighed 500 lbs. Wish I could get it, that would keep me in glass for ages. What epoxy are you using for your parts? I assume you are using ployester for you molds? Did you use the white foam to fill between the formers? Can't wait to see the whole thing in glass.
