Default Canopy Glue

What is the best method of removing canopy glue from your canopy after gluing in place?

i find that sanding with 600 grit, and 1200 works, and then follow up with a dremel polishing disk at very slow speed ... i have gotten plastic super clear like this ... you can also just spray some clear on after sanding down

depends how deep they are ... minor scratches can be clear coted over ... i have also heard of people using the eyeglass lense scratch repair glue/fluid ...

i have never used this so i personally can't vouch for it, but have heard of awesome results ..

Thanks man. I had a little mishap while gluing the canopy glass in and got a scratch. I will check into that.

I also do scale helis, and on those, there are a lot more windows and glazings than on a typical plane ... i have had my share of mishaps and know how frustrating it can be ... hope you get your scratch out ok ..

regards,
