Default Carbon Buildup On Duct Fan Head

I notice a carbon buildup on the top of my SO-91 duct fan engine piston and it's not centered it's towards the exhaust port is this normal or is this a sign of a problem.

Strong,
Depending on your fuel oil type and content-it's pretty normal to see that carbon in OS.91's. Do your bearings still turn free ?

Don't worry about it-although you can allways take some carb cleaner and remove it with that.

Strong,
don't worry about it-because it is just the way the combustion is inside the engine-2 runs after you clean it -it will be right back again..........
